VAC as a computer simulation uses proven technologies to record the whole exercise or parts of it (speach and picture), which allows to replay situations that are controversial in the evaluation of the candidate.
Situation can be simulated in the virtual room that cannot be tested in the real world (stress, compliance,…) since actions can be triggered during the exercise. Otherwise expensive objects and situations (emergency situations) can be simulated with no cost.
Especially during the pre-selection, local and timezone independence can be important to both candidates and HR-responsibles. Executive candidates can get involved anonymously if the module allows it.
Flexibility for assessors to evaluate the candidates not only during the AC itself (prime time) but tackle the task individually in chosen hours by watching the recorded exercise.
Cost efficiency through not having to involve and train multiple executives for the whole Assessment center but let them decide according to the pre-evaluated critical situations. Creation and configuration of new modules using the tool is cheaper than the creation of new AC exercises in the real world.
